This was my first time attending a SEVENTEEN concert. The venue was Munak Stadium.
Since we weren't in Seoul, we were worried about how to get back to the hotel after the event.
I was struggling to find much information online, but then I found this website and made a reservation straight away! I was contacted via LINE in no time, and on the day of the concert I was contacted with clear instructions on where to meet, complete with photos. The concert ended up being longer than I expected, but the guide and a large bus were waiting for us, and we arrived in Myeongdong in about an hour after we gathered!
I was able to return to my hotel in Myeongdong in a really comfortable manner.
I still dread to think what would have happened if I hadn't booked this place, as the area around the venue was crowded with people leaving.
I would definitely like to ask you to come again if there is another Seoul concert!

I was worried about booking late the night before, but they contacted me right away, and I was able to check directions to the meeting place and photos on LINE, so I was able to attend the concert without any worries about the way home. The driver was a very fun and kind person, and he was considerate and made time to talk to us, my child and everyone else in the car, and finally took us to our respective hotels. They played TOMORROW x TOGETHER songs in the car, so we had a fun trip home. Inspire Arena is in an inconvenient location for public transportation, so I would like to use this service again.

Highly recommended and very convenient service. We availed of their service to go watch JHope's concert in KSPO. We are staying around Myeongdong area and going there is quite a commute. That's why we availed of the round trip. Once we booked the service, we are updated immediately on where the pick up place and the time. The pick up place is very convenient and easy to find as they give detailed instructions with photos. The car service is clean and spacious. The guide is very friendly which made us comfortable. He played BTS songs all throughout the trip. He also gives BTS trivia on the places we passed going to the venue. When we were dropped off, he gave detailed instructions on where the pick up location is. He allowed us to leave some of our things in the service car for us to go around the activities around KSPO and attend the concert conveniently. We are updated on the pick up location with pictures so that we wont get lost , and informed us what to do prior to leaving the venue to avoid any hassle going back from the concert. This is very convenient service if you are attending an event in Korea. Will recommend to friends and will use it again.

I used it when I went to the Stray Kids concert at Incheon Inspire Arena.
It was the first thing that came up in a smartphone search, so I took a closer look and found out that it was a direct shuttle bus from Myeongdong, where my hotel is, to Inspire Arena, so I immediately booked a round-trip ticket!
To get to Inspire on your own, you have to take the train and a free shuttle bus operated by Inspire, but this seems like it would take a long time, and I've heard that there are long lines for the free shuttle bus on the way back after the concert... This product is definitely recommended for those who want to get back to their hotel as quickly as possible after the concert! Of course, there is a fee, but the guide/driver was waiting for us at the meeting point, and after checking our names, we set off straight away and arrived in Myeongdong in about an hour.
It was a very convenient shuttle service to get back to the hotel after a tiring concert.
On the way there, I had fun exchanging information with other fans in the car.
Stray Kids Seoul Concert Pick-up

I booked this to attend Stray Kids' Seoul fan meeting.
The location is Incheon, so it's far from Seoul, and I wonder how I'll get back to Seoul after the concert is over.
I was really worried about what to do, when a fellow fan told me about this shuttle bus.
It was very convenient because it departs and arrives from Myeongdong Station and is close to the hotel! I was able to enjoy the concert with peace of mind on the way there and back. The shuttle bus operated by Inspire only goes to the arena and the airport terminal. If you're traveling to and from Seoul by limousine bus or train from there, this direct flight from Myeongdong to Inspire Arena is a great way to save time!
Especially after the fan meeting, it got late, so it was very convenient that the guide was waiting for us at the meeting point and we could just get in the car and go back to Myeongdong.
Since Seoul Con is often held in the suburbs of Seoul, the shuttle bus to and from the various venues is really convenient. I would definitely use it again.
Aladdin musical viewing

I went to Korea to see the musical Aladdin. I requested a transfer from Gimpo Airport to my hotel. They told me they didn't speak Japanese, but they used a translator to help me communicate and it was a lot of fun listening to their stories. My friend lost his passport shortly after we arrived, but they were so kind and accommodating, I'm so grateful. During my stay, I saw a musical at the Charlotte Theatre and got takeout from the popular London Bagel Museum. It was as chewy and delicious as rumored. On my last day, I tried Korean chicken for the first time and was amazed at how delicious it was. I plan to go see another musical unless Junsu quits, so I'd definitely use their service again. I used this bus to travel from Inspire Arena in Incheon to Myeongdong. Details, such as the meeting point, were provided via LINE, which made it very easy to understand. I was also able to send questions in Japanese, which were automatically translated, making communication easy.
The concert was scheduled to end at 9 pm, so the meeting time was written as around 9:30 pm. Most people gathered at that time, but since there was no indication of a deadline for meeting, some people arrived around 10 pm, which meant many people had to wait for a long time. It might be a good idea to state the deadline for meeting and to inform people on LINE if they are going to be late.
The guides were very nice. Two people didn't show up at the appointed time, so they were left alone to take roll call in unfamiliar Japanese and communicate with those who hadn't shown up at the meeting point. I also had a massage appointment in Myeongdong, so I wanted to leave early, so I asked to help out a little. Unfortunately, I ended up leaving late, so I couldn't make it in time for my appointment and was thinking of canceling, but the guide called the salon and explained the situation, and I was able to get a massage! The guide thanked me for my help, which I think is a rare consideration.
This trip was filled with great memories from the live performance, but meeting such a great guide was also a wonderful memory. Thank you very much.
