I heard that Seoul was hosting a lot of illuminations and shows this winter, so I looked into it and found this tour. We were able to efficiently visit the places we wanted to see, such as the Christmas market, the lantern festival, the Gyeongbokgung Palace show, and the Dongdaemun projection. When planning my trip to Seoul, I booked a round-trip transfer from the airport to my hotel.
The site had good reviews and seemed reliable, so I contacted them via LINE and they replied right away and I was able to complete the reservation! It was my first time riding in a car, and it was spacious and the driver was so safe that I soon fell asleep.
Since we have elementary and junior high school students, we quickly booked a private charter for the next day, and were able to efficiently tour Seoul city despite the rain. During the car ride, the driver also gave us information on delicious restaurants and popular shops, which was very helpful.
On our final day, the staff handled our large suitcases carefully and even helped us with the check-in process, as they had time.

We used airport transfers and a private charter for a trip to Korea to attend a concert. It took a long time to get to the airport when we arrived, and we were exhausted, but they patiently waited for us and greeted us with smiles, which made all our fatigue disappear. The next day, before going to the concert, they took us to a recommended restaurant, then we returned to the hotel and headed to the concert. After the concert, they safely took us back to the hotel, and they accommodated all our requests, making it an unforgettable whirlwind trip to Seoul. It was my mother and I's first trip to Korea. I requested this service because I have hip problems and am unable to walk long distances. Even though we booked at the last minute, once we told them the places we wanted to go and the food we wanted to eat, the Japanese staff and the driver worked together to plan a fun, private itinerary.
Our driver was Korean, but he used a translation app to communicate with us, so we didn't have to worry about language at all. While the driver wasn't a guide, he was extremely kind and attentive, taking our orders at restaurants and taking photos for us. Although I only communicated with the Japanese staff member via LINE, he encouraged me to contact him if I needed anything during the trip, and was also concerned about my well-being. We had originally only booked the tour for one day, but after being impressed by their personalities, we asked them to stay with us for the final day. After sightseeing, they took us to Incheon Airport, where they also helped us with everything from checking in for our flight to renting a wheelchair. We'd definitely book with them again if we visited Korea again!!

We started the morning by wearing traditional Hanfu and sightseeing. Since we were in Korea, we wanted to do what we wanted to do, and we requested to do so. We were shown an observation deck with a beautiful view that we wouldn't have been able to go to on our own, and we were able to enjoy sightseeing at our own pace.
After that, he told me about a secret, delicious tteokbokki restaurant! I've been to Korea a few times, but this was definitely the most delicious tteokbokki I've ever had. After that, he introduced me to a local Yukhoe Bibimbap restaurant, and I enjoyed it.
We went to Lotte Tower, went up the tower, did some shopping, and then returned to the hotel. We had a Friday evening date and they made a reservation at a recommended samgyeopsal restaurant! It was a beautiful restaurant with Japanese staff♪ After dinner, we went sightseeing in Itaewon and even saw the filming location for Itaewon Class in the rain. Along the way, they taught us about Korea and we had a fun conversation. They were also friendly with my nephew, who is in middle school, and made his first trip abroad very relaxing (^O^) I was looking forward to the Han River fountain show, but it was cancelled due to rain, but we managed to see it for just one minute♪ They were considerate and talked to us in a fun way, making it a very satisfying half day, and even made it fun to laugh at the mishap! Even though it rained on and off, they held an umbrella for us, parked their car nearby, and were considerate of every little thing, so we had a very pleasant time (^O^)
