I used this hotel for Jhope's concert in June and Jin's concert this time. I didn't have to worry about the train to and from the venue, so I was able to concentrate on the concert with peace of mind. I was happy that they waited for me even though I was late leaving at the end of the concert. Above all, the staff were very kind. I would like to use this hotel again if I have the opportunity.

My cell phone happened to be acting up and I couldn't get through at all. There were three of us at the concert, but I was the only one sitting far away, so I couldn't get in touch with them in the crowded streets on the way back. I made several trips back and forth, but I couldn't meet them or find the bus, which was a real problem. It took quite a while, but I finally made it to the meeting place and I'm so grateful that they were waiting for me.

I used this bus on the way home from Stray Kids' concert at Asiad Stadium. Communication in Japanese via LINE was reassuring. The advance explanation was extremely thorough, with numerous images and detailed instructions providing the meeting point on the day of the transfer. It was incredibly easy to understand, and I was able to get there smoothly and without getting lost. The guide also recommended checking the location during daylight hours, so I did, and I think that simple comment alone would have made a big difference in the speed of the meeting. On the day, we met up early, and we were able to depart earlier than expected. They also played music videos during the ride (and even dimmed the lights for better viewing), and unlike typical Korean buses, the driving was safe, making for a very relaxing ride. I'll definitely use this bus again if I'm worried about getting home from a concert or event in Korea!

It was a really great experience! They were exactly where they said they would be, it was easy to find with according to all the information they had shared ahead. Staff/Driver were friendly & helpful, also once we got on the bus they played more music of the group so it felt like an after party from the concert. It was really cold out both nights, but this experience made it a little warmer.

I used KKday Shuttle as an English only speaker to go to both days of the Stray Kids Dominate Celebrate Encore Concert from Myeondong. The communication was excellent with such detailed instructions. I used the shuttle bus from the concert venue to the hotel. It was my first time using the service, but the staff were very kind and the guide was thorough, which made me feel at ease. They also speak Japanese, so it wasn't a problem even though I didn't speak Korean. The driver in particular was really kind and spoke to me in a friendly manner, so I had a great time on the way. Even though I was tired, the cheerful atmosphere made me laugh and relaxed my mind! I was grateful that I could use the service safely as a woman traveling alone, even late at night. Overall, I think this is a very trustworthy agency. I would definitely use this shuttle again when I go to a concert or event in Korea!

The venue was far from the hotel, and I was worried about missing the last train, so I used this service with a friend for the first time. They sent me several photos of the meeting place in advance, which made it very easy to find and we were able to get there without getting lost. All of our LINE conversations were in Japanese, so I felt very at ease. The driver was also very kind, playing Seventeen songs in the car and sharing lots of fun stories and recommendations for tourist spots, making for a fun and comfortable ride back to the hotel. There was plenty of time between the end of the show and the meeting point, so we were able to enjoy the concert without worrying about time, which was great! I went to a SEVENTEEN concert this time and used this service for the first time with a friend! Unlike the previous concert, the venue was Asiad Stadium in Incheon, so I was worried about getting home, and so I booked this one. Since the venue has strict traffic restrictions, I received a message via LINE during the concert about the meeting point. There were many photos and explanations in Japanese, so it was very easy to understand.
Instead of a bus, we departed in large vans, divided into groups for each destination. We arrived at Hongdae Station in no time, which was really comfortable.
If I had taken the train or bus back to my hotel in Seoul, it would have taken a very long time.
Concerts overseas can be a bit unsettling, so it's definitely a good idea to use a shuttle service that will arrive on time! I was able to enjoy the concert with peace of mind.
