I requested airport transfers from Gimpo Airport to my hotel in Myeongdong for two days.
After making a reservation, they responded to my LINE messages in Japanese and made perfect arrangements for child seats.
Our driver was Korean, but he was very kind and spoke not only Korean, but also English and Japanese, and shared various stories and local recommendations with us!
I was even given a souvenir on the way home and was so happy that they took such good care of me until the very end!

I used this service for a transfer from Gimpo Airport to my hotel. Before departure, I was given a group chat with the Japanese staff and the driver, who explained everything to me in detail.
I was able to speak with the staff in Japanese, and the Korean translation function was available on the group LINE, so I didn't have to worry about language barriers. After arriving at the airport on the day, we were able to share information about immigration and baggage pickup, and they were waiting at the meeting point with their name displayed on a smartphone or tablet so that it would be easy to see, which made it easy to meet up.
The shuttle was a large van, spacious and comfortable, which helped me relax after the flight. Since it was a private charter, we were taken to the hotel nonstop. We were given some sightseeing information while enjoying the view from the window, and we had a great time. Each van can accommodate up to six people, so it's a great value for families or groups. It gave me a completely different sense of security even before we left.

We are a family of five with three suitcases, so we needed a large minivan, which is what we used this time.
The driver was waiting for us at the arrival exit with a name board, so we were able to meet him right away.

The car was a beautiful large minivan with three rows of seats. It was hot when we left the airport, but the inside of the car was cool and comfortable.
Our driver had a rock vibe and we had a great time talking about music, and before we knew it we arrived in Myeongdong, having a great time.

Five of us requested "airport transfer plus 4 hours of city sightseeing."
First, we were taken to the hotel from Incheon Airport. We were picked up at the designated pickup location without any waiting time, and the friendly driver, who drove safely, gave us a fun explanation of the features of each major area of Seoul, and we arrived at the hotel in no time. Our Seoul tour started without any worries!
On our last day, our flight was at 6pm, so after checking out, the hotel staff helped us with our suitcases and showed us around the city for a few hours before taking us to the airport in the evening.
As we were a group of five adults, we had to split into two taxis, and since large vehicles are scarce and take a long time to arrange, I'm really glad I used Seoul Pickup! It was a scorching hot day that made walking difficult, but they pulled up right in front of our desired location, which made for a very easy and comfortable trip.
They were very accommodating to my sudden request to go to the market to buy perilla oil, and they also took me to a yakiniku restaurant that is popular with locals, which was delicious! I was selfish and they took me to a facility with clean toilets, and my friend, who was visiting Korea for the first time, was happy that she was able to enjoy herself without worry.
The car was clean, the driver was safe, punctual, and friendly. All five of us had a very satisfying trip! Thank you very much. We will definitely be returning ^ ^
