[Additional charges, changes and cancellations]
If there are any changes to the reservation date, time, or number of people, please contact us as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate your requests as much as possible. In the event of cancellation, the following cancellation fees will be charged. *Refunds will be made minus bank transfer fees.(as of 00:00)
On the day - up to 3 days before: Full refund not available
4 to 6 days before: 50% of payment will be refunded
7 days or less before: No cancellation fee
[Change of drop-off/pick-up location]
If you wish to change the location, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you wish to change to a location within Seoul, please pay 40,000 won (cash) to the driver per change.
We may not be able to accommodate your request depending on the schedule.
[Time extension]
If the driver's schedule allows, you can extend the trip for 50,000 won per hour (cash payment, 60,000 won after 8 PM)
Airport transfers are available at an additional cost. Please contact us if you would like to request airport transfers as an option before or after this tour.
