If there are any changes to the reservation date, time, or number of people, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request. If you cancel, the following cancellation fee will be charged (based on midnight)
On the day - up to 3 days before: Full refund not available
4 to 6 days before: 50% of payment will be refunded
7 days or less before: No cancellation fee
If the time needs to be extended due to road conditions, traffic congestion, etc., an hourly fee of 50,000 won (per vehicle/cash payment) will be charged.

If you wish to change the location, please contact us at least one day in advance. If you wish to change to a location within Seoul, please pay 40,000 won (cash) to the driver per change.
