*The tour will only be confirmed if there are 5 or more reservations for each date and time. If the minimum number of participants is not met for the outbound journey, we may ask you to switch to the 1st or 2nd departure.
If the number of participants for any plan is less than 5, the tour will be cancelled and a refund will be issued at a later date.
*Examples of vehicles used: 7-seater large van Staria, Carnival, 15-seater minibus, large bus (all vehicles will be assigned by our company according to the number of reservations)

[Regarding carry-on baggage]
To prioritize passenger space, please refrain from bringing suitcases. Please limit your luggage to items that can be placed at your feet or on your lap.
[Regarding departure from Myeongdong]
If the minimum number of passengers for each pick-up/drop-off location is not met for the first or second departure, we may ask you to change your departure date/time. Please be sure to arrive at the meeting place 10 minutes before each departure time. If you do not arrive on time, the vehicle will depart without your consent. Please note that in this case, no refund will be given.

Cancellations are not permitted after payment is completed. *Please make your reservation after securing your ticket.*
[Regarding departure and arrival times at the venue]
Departure from the venue... The bus will depart within 60 minutes of the concert ending. We will guide you to the meeting place using LINE chat and a bulletin board, so you can rest assured. Please note that no refunds will be given for any reason if you do not arrive at the meeting place by the departure time.
Each drop-off point... All plans involve sharing a ride with other customers. We estimate that it will take about 60 minutes to get to Myeongdong after the performance, but this may take longer than expected due to delays in meeting times or traffic conditions. If you are heading to Incheon Airport, please book your flight with ample time to spare. Please note that we cannot be held responsible if you are late for your boarding time.

All communication will be conducted via the LINE app. We will send you detailed information about the meeting place with photos and maps, depending on the traffic conditions on the day. Please ensure you have internet access and Wi-Fi on the day.
